Love the game but it wont let me in! Freezes during opening! Please fix!

Crashes every time I try to play.

This is a great game...but crashes almost every time I play it. It takes all your energy and doesnt even recognize that youve passed the level.

It was so interesting to play untill it start crushing all the time!

I positively love this game been playing for a long time always crashes mid-level and way too many ads waiting impatiently for the bug to get fixed!!

I also have been playing a long time. I need gifts from friends to proceed to the next level but the gifts are not being added to my game. Is there an update to fix these issues? Have not found one yet.

I didnt get this game to "compete" with friends. I got to pass time. Its very annoying that you have to rely on friends, or buy gold, to move forward. Not to mention that you cant earn gold or at least have quests to accomplish to move on. If you could move forward on your own I would give the game a higher rating.

Ive play this game forever and loved it so much. Its disappointing when your close to completing a level and the game drops! Also, WoW friends I work with for energy & gifts cant play anymore due to constant ad pop ups! What a mess!! Two stars, Rock You, when you could easily get a five star rating. Work on this quick! You owe your die hard fans big time!!!

Used to like the game. It has begun crashing and I may give it up. Will wait to see if my email us responded to.

I love word games and this one is fun but it crashes on my iPhone 5 constantly. On the computer the ads are ridiculous. Deleting it, sadly.

If youre going to ask for money to continue playing the game, you cant load it up with all the ads. If we have to endure the ads, dont be begging for money. Its either one or the other.

I think its ridiculous that you have to pay real money to advance beyond level 4! I enjoy playing this game because its somewhat challenging to make words, but I will not pay real money to play. The other option is to join Facebook which I also refuse to do! I dont understand why Facebook has to get their grubby hands into every possible facet of life--its just disgusting!

I really like this game but all the ads are beginning to turn me away from it. I expect to have ads to pay for the game but I win and move on theres an ad before I can start is too much.

Game has me log into Facebook but Im not sure why. I dont receive any requests from friends and they dont receive mine. This is confusing because you need to ask friends for items in order to advance in levels. Lame...

While this app is very fun, we dont want to have to pay for gold in order to advance! Please make it so that we can earn our gold as we play, and or automatically refills after midnight! This is important!

One of the best word games I have ever played! Beautiful graphics and fun game play. Love the map! It gives you many hours of free play, not sure why others are complaining. It did crash when I tried to connect to Facebook and thus I couldnt log in. Still, this game deserves more love!

Game is like boggle meets candy crush. Very addictive
